Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim any damages or missing items, a continuous, unedited Unboxing Video (from start to finish) is mandatory. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.
30-Day Color Warranty: Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality 316L Surgical Grade Steel. We offer a 30-day replacement warranty if the product fades due to a manufacturing defect.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover color changes caused by excessive exposure to perfumes, chemicals, soap, water, or general rough handling.
Reporting Period: Any damage or issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product. For hygiene reasons, used products and earrings cannot be returned or replaced.
